Two things that get a faster answer
- A licensing problem? Include the email you bought with. Do not send your unlock code. We can look up everything we need without it, and a code in an inbox is a code that can be read by anyone who reaches that inbox.
- A sound problem? Include a board link, your settings, and the site's build number. A generation certificate also records the engine version. The same seed, settings, and engine version reproduce the generated audio; for edited tracks, describe your edits too.
